Our spring meeting was held at the Harefield Hall Hotel Pately Bridge nr Harrogate. Due to our original speaker pulling out rather late our own Kevin Moore gave a talk mainly about Willie Manson and his experience of joining many master classes with Willie Manson, his successes and failures.

The Manor Hotel at Alsager proved to be a lovely venue at which to hear a masterly presentation by Timothy Harris of Isle of Wight Glass. Backed by a beautiful and varied display of his work, Timothy gave a detailed account of of his history and his urge to move forward to explore new designs and new techniques. In turn, this elicited many questions from the floor. A wonderful beginning for our Autumn programme.
